The Oak Ridge Community has 148 homes. All are Manufactured Homes — no trailers.

Oak Ridge Mobile Home Community is one of the best-kept secrets in mid-central Florida. Having been established in 1968, expanding in stages over the years, it has grown to one of the nicest 148 space 55+ communities in the area.
The park is fronted on DeSoto Rd., which is just about a mile outside of the city limits of Sebring, FL., which gives us that “rural” feel while being in very close proximity to most any shopping, including grocery stores, department stores, discount stores, shopping malls, specialty stores, flea markets, and all of the venues, and activities that the Sebring area has to offer, including, of course, Sebring Raceway.
The Park has a junior Olympic size swimming pool, carefully-maintained and updated lighted shuffleboard courts, bocce ball court, horseshoe court, putting green, large covered gazebo picnic area, and a very large Community Center, complete with full-size billiard table, dance floor, PA and music system, security camera system, laundry facilities, an extensive library, and enough space to host just about any indoor activity or gathering.
The streets are all two-lane, paved, and regularly sealed, with street signs, and carefully marked guidelines.
Sebring is located just 80 miles from either coast, so it is an easy drive to either coast for a day at the beach. The Park is very near Lake Jackson, and there are over 25 other lakes within 10 miles, with some of the best fishing that can be found in Central Florida.
There are numerous championship-level golf courses located just a short distance from the park. The Sebring area offers hundreds of community, and local organizations offering many activities from outdoor concerts, theater activities, art festivals, wine tasting festivals, and many other local flavored activities. There are many famous theme parks located in our vacation state. Busch Gardens in Tampa or Disneyworld in Orlando – either can be a day trip or a short vacation.
The HOA is very active, with activities scheduled regularly, from coffee in the mornings, to dinners at the Community Center, dinners at local restaurants, bingo, shuffleboard tournaments, golf leagues, bocce ball leagues, and many other activities.
