Yikes. I’m not into purple, so the Master Bedroom is vacant except for a Recliner. The bed frame was broken in half and supported “for show” by bricks. It’s now living in the Highland County Landfill.
The Master Bedroom is VERY LARGE — 247-square-feet. In comparison, mobile homes are much smaller.
Recliner, mirror, wall decor, and window shades are included.
The Living Room is HUGE. 328-square-feet. This is the West side of the Living Room. It connects to the Entry and the Hall. The Sectional and beautiful new rug are included in the price.
Two different shades of wood laminate flooring are used in the Home.
The Wall holding my photographs printed on canvas used to be Fire Engine Red. It took a few coats to cover the BRIGHT RED. The Hall was painted the same color as was the Dining Room.
This is the Living Room, looking toward the East side of the room. A plastic Chair Mat is to protect Rug from my spills while eating in my Recliner. It is included in the sale.
All Blinds are included in the sale as well as the Floor Lamp, two End Tables, and two beautiful Lamps. My special Cocolol Home Power Lift Recliner is not included in the Sale, but you can get one on Amazon for about $600.
The 65-inch SONY Smart TV is located on the South wall that separates the Living Room from the Kitchen.
The picture is spectacular, and a Sony Soundbar and Subwoofer give home theatre sound. The TV and home theatre equipment are included in the sale as is this Credenza

The fabulous Kawai Digital Piano CN290 is on the East wall. This is an amazing instrument that has options for Classic Grand, Modern Piano, Electric Piano, Church Organ, Harpsichord, Vibra-Phone. It even has Strings, Chorus, and Choir. It has a Metronome and sophisticated recording feature, Various pieces of music are offered with the Demo Button. There’s even a Hohner Marine Band Harmonica in the bench. All this is included in the price. These cost as much as $5,000 new.
