The Living Room is HUGE. 328-square-feet. This is the West side of the Living Room. It connects to the Entry and the Hall. The Sectional and beautiful new rug are included in the price.
Two different shades of wood laminate flooring are used in the Home.
The Wall holding my photographs printed on canvas used to be Fire Engine Red. It took a few coats to cover the BRIGHT RED. The Hall was painted the same color as was the Dining Room.
This is the Living Room, looking toward the East side of the room. A plastic Chair Mat is to protect Rug from my spills while eating in my Recliner. It is included in the sale.
All Blinds are included in the sale as well as the Floor Lamp, two End Tables, and two beautiful Lamps. My special Cocolol Home Power Lift Recliner is not included in the Sale, but you can get one on Amazon for about $600.
The 65-inch SONY Smart TV is located on the South wall that separates the Living Room from the Kitchen.

It even has Strings, Chorus, and Choir. It has a Metronome and sophisticated recording feature, Various pieces of music are offered with the Demo Button. There’s even a Hohner Marine Band Harmonica in the bench. All this is included in the price. These cost as much as $5,000 new.
